We keep this simple and privacy-first. This page explains what data we process and your rights under the GDPR.

2. What we collect
- Email address — only if you choose to join the mailing list / request access via our form.
- Server log data — your host automatically processes technical data (e.g. IP address, browser, time) to deliver and secure the site.
3. Why & legal basis
We use your email address only to send invites, first access and drop announcements — based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time. Log data is processed for a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Hosting & form processing
This site is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (USA), which also processes our form submissions and server logs as a processor on our behalf. This can involve a data transfer to the USA. See netlify.com/privacy.
5. Cookies & local storage
We use no tracking cookies, analytics or third-party advertising. We only use a single, strictly functional sessionStorage entry to remember that you have entered the site during your current session. It holds no personal data and is cleared when you close the tab.
6. Storage & your rights
We keep your email until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and to withdraw consent at any time — just contact hello@me2collective.com.
7. Complaints
You can lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde): dsb.gv.at.
